Report opens for the month

PL schedules the quarter — the report unlocks for students.

2Student

Student fills the report

Logs in and adds coding, internships, projects & certifications.

3Mentor

Mentor tracks and approves

Reviews the submission and approves or sends it back.

Step 2
Four quarterly reports, one academic year
Every student fills four reports across the year, and each one is cumulative — watch the line below: Report 2 automatically carries forward Report 1, Report 3 carries forward Reports 1–2, and Report 4 carries forward Reports 1–3. You only add what’s new each quarter.

What your reports add up to
PRI — Placement Readiness Index
Every skill set report you submit feeds directly into your PRI: one composite score out of 100 that faculty and placement mentors use to see how placement-ready you are.

The Placement Readiness Index (PRI) is calculated automatically from the data in your skill set report — there is nothing extra to fill in. As soon as a report is approved, your academics, coding activity, internships, hackathons and more are scored and combined into a single number.

Your PRI is recalculated after every approved report, so your score — and your readiness rating — moves as you add more coding solves, certifications, internships and projects through the year.

PRI = Academics + Attendance + GATE/Conceptual + Coding, Electives & AI + ELQ/AMCAT + Projects/FSD + Internships + Hackathons
High Readiness ≥ 75
Moderate 50–74
Low Readiness < 50

Note for Department Admins & Faculty Mentors

  • Upload and maintain your section’s student list before a report period opens — only listed students can log in.
  • Review each submitted report and mark it Approved / Rejected; approval is what triggers PRI scoring.
  • Use the section shuffle manager to move students between sections when rosters change.
  • Use “Search across sections” to look up any student by name, roll number or admission number.
